A question which comes up quite often is how do we use the Sitecore Experience Platform to personalise our website. But the simple truth is applying personalisation isn't the difficult part. The bigger challenge is not how we do it, but what should we be doing, where do we want to get to and how do I create a plan that covers all our goals and finally how do we  map that plan to technology.

During this workshop, we'll look at how we can apply the discipline of personalisation to the full spectrum of digital strategy to deliver relevant digital experiences which are tailored to your customers changing needs and requirements
